This notice explains how EVPARO / IDO-EUROPARTS CO., LTD. handles information connected with a product inquiry.
Information you choose to send
When you submit an inquiry or contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, you may provide your name, company, contact details, vehicle information, part numbers, quantities, delivery destination, purchasing notes and procurement files or photos.
How we use it
We use inquiry information to identify parts, confirm compatibility, prepare quotations, arrange orders and shipments, answer questions and maintain necessary business records.
External services
Submitted inquiries and attachments are stored through our hosting provider in a database and private file storage. Only authorized staff can view them. Email, Instagram, WeChat and WhatsApp are operated by third parties and their own privacy terms apply. This site does not take card payments.
Optional website analytics
If you allow analytics, we use a first-party anonymous identifier to understand visits, product views, quote-list actions, contact-link clicks and approximate active time. We receive an estimated country, region or city from our hosting provider when available, together with broad device and browser information, referring website and non-sensitive campaign labels. When server-side location is unavailable, your browser may read the network diagnostic endpoint on this same website and send only its country code to our analytics service. The diagnostic response itself can include your IP address, but our code does not store or forward that address. This fallback supplies country-level estimates only. We do not store your complete IP address in our analytics database, request GPS access, use device fingerprinting or identify your real name from a visit.
Only recognized catalog searches are retained as product references; other search text is not stored. Inquiry contact details, messages and attachment names are kept out of browsing events. Where an allowed visit can be linked to an inquiry you submit, authorized staff can view that browsing context alongside the inquiry. Clicking WhatsApp or email does not give us access to your conversations.
Analytics begins only after you choose “Allow analytics”. You can decline without affecting the catalog or inquiry form, and change your choice using “Analytics preferences” on this page. We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals. Withdrawing permission stops future optional analytics and removes the anonymous identifiers from this browser; previously recorded data follows its retention period.
Visit details are retained for up to approximately 90 days, followed by aggregate daily reports for up to 365 days; administrators may shorten these periods. Maintenance runs on the next management visit, with a short processing allowance. Business inquiries and their attachments follow the separate business-record policy below. IP-based regions are estimates and may be affected by VPNs, proxies and network routing.
Drafts and access
Your unsubmitted quote-list draft is kept in this browser for up to 7 days. It is sent to EVPARO only when you submit the inquiry. Staff access uses a secure session cookie. Short-lived, hashed network identifiers are used to limit abusive submissions.
Retention and sharing
We keep information only as reasonably needed for the inquiry, transaction, legal requirements and ordinary business records. We may share necessary details with logistics, payment or service providers involved in fulfilling an order; we do not sell inquiry information.
